We’re proud to officially launch NZCryptoCon, New Zealand’s largest cryptocurrency and Web3 event, taking place 6–7 June 2026 in Auckland.
NZCryptoCon will bring together thousands of attendees from across New Zealand, Australia, and the wider Asia-Pacific region, marking an important milestone for the country’s growing digital finance and technology ecosystem. Our goal is simple: create a platform where industry leaders, builders, investors, businesses, and newcomers can come together to explore the future of crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
As New Zealand’s first large-scale crypto convention, NZCryptoCon will feature a multi-stage program of keynote presentations, panel discussions, exhibitor showcases, and curated networking experiences. Sessions will cover cryptocurrency fundamentals, blockchain innovation, regulation, security, decentralised finance (DeFi), NFTs, Web3 infrastructure, and the evolving role of digital assets in the global financial system.
Speaking on the launch of the event, NZCryptoCon Founder & CEO Dave Haslop said the timing reflects the rapid growth of crypto adoption across New Zealand.
“Crypto adoption in New Zealand is already becoming mainstream. Research suggests nearly half of Kiwis have owned, currently own, or are considering digital assets. The community is here, the momentum is real, and now it’s time for a major event that reflects the scale of what’s already happening across the country.”
